In the Presence of Truth

In the Presence of Truth
As I write this we have just returned from a youth conference where we have been saturated with the Holy Ghost and power. We have seen many, perhaps hundreds, of teenagers give their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ! Hundreds more were filled with the Holy Ghost!
There was so much praise and worship, we could not be still. We all had to get more than a little excited! Prayer and praise were ongoing! All of this was ushered in by some of the best preaching in the world!
There are perhaps more preachers in the world today than ever. Jesus told us to pray for laborers to enter into the harvest. But not any laborer can preach the gospel of Jesus Christ under the anointing that removes the burdens and destroys the yokes. The ones that have this have been called and have spent much time in prayer and in the presence of God. When one has been in the presence of God, then that person can bring that presence to others for the work of God to take place in their lives! All of us can work in the vineyard, but all of us cannot preach with this anointing I'm talking about. It's the anointing that gives out the word of God in truth so the Holy Ghost can confirm the word with signs following! (Mark 16:15-20).
You see a lot of people preach, and a lot of people can preach but it's the truth that God wants preached so He can do mighty miracles, signs and wonders! Because if the truth is not preached, God cannot do miracles, signs, and wonders. Jesus said it is the truth that makes us free! (John 8:32).
When the truth is preached we are in the presence of truth. In the presence of truth the power of God is present for any kind of great thing we need God to do!
When deliverance  is preached according to the truth of scripture then salvation will take place.
When healing is preached according to the truth of scripture then healing will take place.
This is why we see the great work of God in some places and we don't see it in others. It is because of the presence and absence of truth! The truth will make you free! Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and no one comes to the father but by Jesus! So we can easily see that Jesus Christ must be preached!
The great apostle Paul wrote that the truth is to be spoken, but in love. (Eph. 4:15). You see there are some that will tell you some truth but it is by a critical or judgmental heart. This kind of preaching will produce little good fruit, if any. It will most likely cause people to resent the truth and Jesus Christ, perhaps the barer of such staffing news. You see the word of God      is sharper than a two edged sword and will pierce, divide, discern and lay all things open before us and God. (Hebrews 4:12-13). But it will not stab us! However the very good work of God that we all need will come to us by the hearing and receiving of the truth of God!
If anyone has ears to hear, Let them hear!
